She has served as Medical Officer, Civil Surgeon, District Medical Officer, Joint Director of AIDS Control Program, Vijayawada and Principal of a Regional Health Training Centre, Kurnool.

Dr Ashok completed his MBBS and Diploma in Oto-Rhino-Laryngology from Bangalore Medical College, Bengaluru. He has a vast experience of over 35 years in ENT and has served in various hospitals and medical colleges. He was associated with BEML, KGF for 25 years as Head of the Department. He is expert in Ear, Nose and Throat disorders and various surgical procedures.
